Blinq vs WiseStamp: card-style or classic signature?

Blinq vs WiseStamp compared from each vendor’s own pages: image signature with a card versus classic HTML, install steps, team control, prices and fit.

Blinq vs WiseStamp is a choice between two ideas of what an email signature is. Blinq builds an image that links to a profile page, which it calls a Signature Card, where the reader can tap to save your contact details. WiseStamp builds a conventional signature with text, links and banners, and manages it for a team.

We make emailfooter, which is neither of these, so we have no stake in the Blinq vs WiseStamp result. The sources are each vendor’s own pages, read on 5 October 2026, with claims marked as claims. Neither product was put through a trial for this piece.

Blinq vs WiseStamp, in brief

  • Blinq: the signature is an image with an embedded link to your Signature Card. Edits in the dashboard apply without re-pasting. Team control and Google Workspace sync are on Business plans.
  • WiseStamp: a classic signature managed in tiers, with integrations for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 from Basic at $19 a month plus $1 per employee.
  • Pick Blinq if the digital business card is the point and the signature should lead to it.
  • Pick WiseStamp if you want a text-and-links signature, central management and campaign banners.

How Blinq email signatures work

Blinq’s help article on email signatures, dated 11 August 2026, says the signature is an image containing an embedded link to your Signature Card. It is dynamic, so changes you make in the Blinq dashboard apply without pasting again. You build and manage it in a web browser on a computer or tablet.

The same article lists four supported clients: Gmail (web), Outlook (web), Apple Mail on a Mac and Apple Mail on an iPhone. It adds that the Outlook and Gmail mobile apps only support plain-text signatures, so Apple Mail on iPhone is the only mobile client that supports Blinq’s image signatures. HTML signatures are a Business plan feature that you enable by contacting support.

Two details to know about the Signature Card. If you start a signature from an existing card, the two are not linked afterwards, so later changes to the card do not reach the signature. And custom field labels and ordering from a standard card do not apply on the Signature Card.

Making and installing a Blinq signature

These steps follow Blinq’s help pages, read in October 2026. In the dashboard, choose Email Signatures, then Create Email Signature, and start from card details or from scratch. The tabs are Details, Images (up to two, files under 10 MB work best), Links, Design and Banners.

To install in Gmail, select Add to client next to the signature, pick the Gmail tab and select Copy signature. Then, in Gmail, use the gear icon, See all settings, the Signature section, create a new signature, paste, set it as the default and select Save Changes. Blinq’s install article covers Outlook and Apple Mail too.

How WiseStamp works

On WiseStamp’s home page, the pitch is signature management for Office 365, Google Workspace and Exchange, backed by an AI signature designer, drag-and-drop editor, templates, dark mode preview, legal disclaimers and locked fields. Its generator page says an individual can sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email address, fill in details, choose a template and follow install steps for their mail app. For Gmail it points to a Chrome extension. For Outlook it lists a desktop app, or copy and paste.

For teams, the pricing page sells tiers. Basic adds Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 integration with auto-install. Grow adds campaigns and analytics. Platform adds roles, SSO and server-side integration.

Blinq vs WiseStamp pricing, read in October 2026

Blinq’s pricing page lists a Free plan at $0 with two cards and a personal email signature. Premium is $7.33 a month billed annually, for one person, with a 7-day trial. Business is $4.99 a month per user, billed annually, with a 30-day trial and admin-controlled email signatures. Enterprise is custom. Business also lists digital cards for the whole team, lead capture and CRM integrations, so the price covers more than the signature.

WiseStamp bills annually too: Pro+ at $9 a month for individuals and micro-teams, then Basic, Grow, Platform and a custom Enterprise tier.

Here is our arithmetic for a yearly total, assuming one Blinq user equals one WiseStamp employee:

10$598.80$348$708
25$1,497$528$888
50$2,994$828$1,188

Blinq’s Business price includes the card platform. WiseStamp Basic has no campaigns, and neither page listed a tax line.

Six differences that decide Blinq vs WiseStamp

  1. What readers can do. A Blinq signature leads to a card they can tap to save you. A WiseStamp signature shows contact details and links as ordinary content.
  2. Image or text. Blinq’s is an image. Anything inside an image is not text, so test it with images blocked and in plain-text mail.
  3. Mobile coverage. Blinq says only Apple Mail on iPhone supports its image signatures. In any Blinq vs WiseStamp trial, test the phone apps your staff use.
  4. Who installs it. Blinq’s team guide says an admin creates a team signature but cannot send it to the person. The team member has to add it from their own dashboard after claiming their account. With a Google Workspace connection, Blinq syncs the default for new emails. WiseStamp lists auto-install on Basic.
  5. Where the money goes. Blinq’s Business plan includes cards, lead capture and event tools. WiseStamp’s tiers are about signature management.
  6. Trial terms. Blinq lists a 30-day Business trial and a 7-day Premium trial. WiseStamp lists 14 days without a card.

Who each one suits in Blinq vs WiseStamp

Blinq suits teams that already want digital business cards for events and networking, and want the signature to point at the card. It suits Gmail on the web, Outlook on the web and Apple Mail users. Check the mobile note before you commit.

WiseStamp suits teams that want a classic signature maintained centrally, with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 integration, campaign banners and analytics, and tiers to grow into.

A third route may suit you if all you want is matching text signatures. Our page on email signatures versus digital business cards goes through when a card helps and when it does not.

Where emailfooter fits, briefly

emailfooter is a free WordPress plugin that produces the classic, text-based kind. The admin picks the design and staff paste it into their own mail apps, guided by steps. There is no card, no pushing to mailboxes and no click counting, and the interface is in English for now. The Blinq alternative and WiseStamp alternative pages compare it in detail. A drawn example:

A short trial plan for Blinq vs WiseStamp

  1. Make the same signature in both and send it to a Gmail address and an Outlook address.
  2. Open both emails on an iPhone and on an Android phone.
  3. Switch off image loading and read the Blinq email again.
  4. Ask each vendor what happens to the signature when you cancel.
  5. For a team, ask who installs it. Blinq’s guide says the team member does.

Choosing between Blinq vs WiseStamp

If the digital card is the point, Blinq is closer. If you want a classic signature maintained for a team, WiseStamp is closer. The Blinq vs WiseStamp choice also depends on your mail apps, so use the trial plan above, and compare the WiseStamp and NewOldStamp pair if banners are your main need. Prices and plans move, so reread both pages on the day you buy.
