Email signature software pricing, on the public pages we read on 5 October 2026, starts at $0.90 per user per month (Exclaimer Starter, billed annually) and runs up to about $2 per user on plans that include campaigns and click reporting. Some vendors add a monthly base fee, some require a minimum number of users, and the enterprise tiers have no public price at all. For 50 users, the public plans we compared cost between $540 and $2,868 a year, before tax.
This page shows each vendor’s published figures with the currency, billing period and minimum seats, then does the arithmetic for 10, 50 and 200 users. Everything is taken from the vendors’ own pricing pages, opened on the date above, and prices change, so check the page before you buy. We have not bought or tested any of these products.

Sources: Exclaimer, Letsignit, WiseStamp and NewOldStamp. Several points about these pages are worth knowing.
- Exclaimer says licensing is based on the number of active mailboxes, and that you can pay monthly or annually. The prices shown are the annual-billing ones, and the page does not show the monthly figure.
- Letsignit has a currency switch. In the page’s code, the signatures plan lists £1.30, 1.5 euros and 2.7 Canadian dollars per user a month alongside the $2. Its FAQ says users can be added at any time with billing adjusted pro rata.
- WiseStamp does not say whether any employees are included in the base fee, so we count the base plus $1 for every employee.
- NewOldStamp shows its prices through a slider from 1 signature to 200 and more. The yearly totals above are the values in the slider’s data, and the page labels them as billed annually.
The page text we read for all four does not say whether tax is added at checkout.
Email signature software pricing for 10, 50 and 200 users
This is our arithmetic from the published figures, in US dollars before tax. For Exclaimer, Letsignit and WiseStamp it is the monthly price times 12 times the number of users, plus WiseStamp’s base fee. For NewOldStamp it is the page’s own yearly figure. It assumes the per-user price stays the same at each headcount, because the pages show no volume discounts.
| Plan | 10 users | 50 users | 200 users | Per user a month at 50 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Exclaimer Starter | $108 | $540 | $2,160 | $0.90 |
| Exclaimer Standard | $174 | $870 | $3,480 | $1.45 |
| Exclaimer Pro | $210 | $1,050 | $4,200 | $1.75 |
| Letsignit signatures | $240 | $1,200 | $4,800 | $2.00 |
| WiseStamp Basic | $348 | $828 | $2,628 | $1.38 |
| WiseStamp Grow | $708 | $1,188 | $2,988 | $1.98 |
| WiseStamp Platform | $2,388 | $2,868 | $4,668 | $4.78 |
| NewOldStamp | $219 | $799 | $3,199 | $1.33 |
Two patterns show up in email signature software pricing. Flat per-user prices (Exclaimer, Letsignit) scale in a straight line. A base fee changes the picture: WiseStamp Basic works out at $2.90 per user a month for ten people and about $1.10 for two hundred, so it suits larger teams better than very small ones. At ten users on Exclaimer, the minimum already applies, so ten is the smallest number you can buy there.
What the price buys in email signature software pricing
A low headline price does not always include the feature you came for. The table shows the lowest public plan whose page lists each feature, as read on 5 October 2026. It reflects what the pages say, not how well the features work.
| Feature | Exclaimer | Letsignit | WiseStamp | NewOldStamp |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Directory sync with Microsoft 365 or Google | Starter | Signatures plan | Basic | Listed under its one plan |
| A different signature per department | Standard | Signatures plan (multi-criteria assignment) | Basic (Departments) | Listed under its one plan |
| Campaign banners with scheduling | Standard | Signatures plan | Grow | Listed under its one plan |
| Click reporting | Pro (engagement dashboard) | Signatures plan (click tracking) | Grow | Listed under its one plan |
So the cheapest Exclaimer plan covers central management and directory sync, and campaigns arrive one tier up. Our pages on directory sync and signature analytics explain what those features do and what you can do without them.
Billing terms that change email signature software pricing
The monthly price is only part of what you commit to. These terms come from the same four pages.
- Commitment. Letsignit says its plans are annual subscriptions. WiseStamp shows annual billing, says the plan renews automatically, and says you can cancel at any time. It also lists a 14-day money-back guarantee. Exclaimer says you can pay monthly or annually, but shows only the annual price.
- Adding people. Letsignit says users can be added at any time and billing is adjusted pro rata. The other pages we read do not describe how mid-term changes are billed, so ask before you sign.
- Trials. Exclaimer offers 14 days, WiseStamp 14 days with no credit card, and NewOldStamp 7 days. Letsignit’s page has a free trial button and states no length.
- Counting users. Exclaimer counts active mailboxes, meaning each address that gets a signature. Whether a shared mailbox counts is a question for the vendor, because the page does not say.
Where email signature software pricing is not public
Four price points on these pages are not published:
- Exclaimer Enterprise. The page says custom pricing based on your requirements.
- Letsignit Enterprise. The page says to contact the company.
- WiseStamp Enterprise. The page says custom price.
- NewOldStamp above 200 signatures. A custom plan, plus special offers for non-profits, universities, startups and agencies, all by contacting the company.
Letsignit’s page also says special pricing may apply for non-profits, again by contacting its team. And emailfooter Managed has no published price: its pricing page says prices are quoted to fit your team and will be published when final. We would rather say that plainly than invent a number.
What the free route costs
In email signature software pricing terms, the emailfooter plugin is free under the GPL, with no licence key, no paid tier and no limit on companies or employees. You still pay for the WordPress hosting it runs on, a domain and a way to send the invitation emails, and we have no hosting prices to give you; ask your host. Time is the other cost. Employees install their own signatures by following steps, and nothing is pushed into a mailbox. If your priority is that nobody has to do anything, a paid tool that deploys from the server is what you are paying for.

How to compare email signature software pricing yourself
Work out your headcount first, and count only people who send email that needs the signature. Then list the features you need from the table, not the ones in the demo. Ask each vendor three things: the price for your headcount on the plan that has your features, whether there is a minimum, and what happens to the price when you add or remove a user mid-year. For a wider view of the field, see our guides to signature management software, the best software for teams and centralized signature management. Our page on WiseStamp pricing goes further into one vendor.
