The terms that govern access to and use of emailfooter.
The service
emailfooter is a product by Digitalzooks LLC. It helps organizations design company email signatures and enables authorized team members to personalize, copy and install them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
A platform operator may create a company administrator account and provide initial credentials. Administrators invite team members and are responsible for managing access within their company. Each person should keep their credentials private and use only accounts they are authorized to access.
Company and employee content
Organizations are responsible for the branding, text, links and images they provide and for having permission to use them. Employees are responsible for the personal information they submit. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content.
Signature use and sharing
Email signatures should be checked in the intended mail app before use; email applications may render HTML differently. Share links allow anyone holding the link to view the related signature and may be regenerated by a member to revoke an old link. Do not share links that expose details you do not intend to make available.
Platform assistance
Authorized emailfooter platform staff may open a company workspace to assist with setup and support. This access does not create a normal employee account in the company.
Enquiries and commercial terms
Submitting a quote request does not create a subscription or purchase. Any scope, price, payment schedule and commercial commitments must be agreed separately.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves, and the current version is always published on this page. Material changes are reflected here, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
