Exclaimer pricing on 5 October 2026 starts at $0.90 per user per month for Starter, rises to $1.45 for Standard and $1.75 for Pro, and is billed annually. Enterprise is quoted individually. For 10 users that works out to $108, $174 or $210 a year. For 50 users it is $540, $870 or $1,050, and for 200 users $2,160, $3,480 or $4,200.
We make emailfooter, which works differently and costs nothing to license, so none of these numbers help or hurt us. Every Exclaimer fact below comes from the company’s own pages, opened on 5 October 2026. We did not test the product, and prices change, so treat the date as part of the answer.
Exclaimer pricing at a glance
- Plans: Starter $0.90, Standard $1.45, Pro $1.75 per user per month, billed annually. Enterprise on request.
- Minimum: ten users. Licences count mailboxes that get a signature.
- Trial: 14 days, with an optional free 30-minute onboarding call.
- Yearly totals: 10 users from $108, 50 users from $540, 200 users from $2,160, depending on the plan.
- From 250 users, the page’s simulator says “Get in touch” instead of a price.
Exclaimer pricing by plan
The pricing page shows prices in US dollars, with a currency selector. These are the headline items for each plan.
| Plan | Price per user per month, billed annually | What the page highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0.90 | Central management, details kept in step with the directory, legal disclaimers, consistent signatures on mobile. One template and one brand kit |
| Standard | $1.45 | Unlimited templates, signatures per department, banner scheduling, targeting and exclusion rules, three brand kits, two employee-editable fields |
| Pro | $1.75 | Unlimited brands, a usage dashboard, HRIS or CSV import for directory gaps, an audit log, unlimited employee edits in Outlook |
| Enterprise | Custom | Standard or Pro plus a customer success manager, a tailored onboarding plan and staged rollout planning |
The service table lists 24/5 support (Monday to Friday) for Starter, Standard and Pro alike. The security row lists SOC 2, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27018, HIPAA and others on every plan. The compatible platforms named on the page are Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange.
How Exclaimer pricing counts users
The FAQ on the same page says licensing is based on the number of active mailboxes, and that a mailbox is an individual email address that gets a signature applied. So the number to price is addresses with a signature, not staff on the payroll. On that wording a shared mailbox that gets a signature would count as an address, but confirm that with Exclaimer.
Other details from the FAQ:
- The minimum is ten users. Type 5 into the simulator and it shows the price for 10.
- Payment can be by credit card, debit card or direct debit, on a monthly or an annual basis.
- You can change plan later by contacting your account representative.
The headline figures are all “billed annually”. The page text we read gives no separate monthly-billing rate, so ask before assuming one. It also shows no tax line, so check VAT or sales tax at checkout.
How much is Exclaimer per user for 10, 50 and 200 users?
These totals come from the page’s own simulator, set to yearly. The monthly view gave the same amounts divided by twelve.
| Users | Starter | Standard | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $108 | $174 | $210 |
| 25 | $270 | $435 | $525 |
| 50 | $540 | $870 | $1,050 |
| 100 | $1,080 | $1,740 | $2,100 |
| 200 | $2,160 | $3,480 | $4,200 |
Per user per year, that is $10.80 on Starter, $17.40 on Standard and $21 on Pro. At 250 users and above the simulator showed “Get in touch” for all three plans, so a 300-seat company needs a quote.
A worked example: a 50-person firm
Say a 50-person firm wants a different banner for sales and for support. Starter lists one template and no targeting rules, so it would not cover that. Standard lists unlimited templates, department signatures and banner scheduling, so that is the plan to price: $870 a year, or about $72.50 a month.
Moving up to Pro adds $180 a year at this size and brings the audit log, HRIS import and the usage dashboard. Whether that is worth it depends on whether anyone will open the dashboard. The reverse also holds: if the signature is only a name, title and legal line for everybody, Starter at $540 may be all you need.
Exclaimer pricing against other tools
These are the yearly totals each vendor’s page gave on 5 October 2026. They are not like-for-like, so read the notes below the table.
| Users | Exclaimer Starter | Exclaimer Standard | CodeTwo (one plan) | WiseStamp Basic | WiseStamp Grow | NewOldStamp |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $108 | $174 | $146.88 | $348 | $708 | $219 |
| 50 | $540 | $870 | $726.25 | $828 | $1,188 | $799 |
| 200 | $2,160 | $3,480 | $2,272.59 | $2,628 | $2,988 | $3,199 |
Notes on the table:
- CodeTwo shows one plan with all features on its pricing page, billed yearly in this table. Its page says prices are net of tax and a monthly plan costs more per user. The CodeTwo pages we read refer to Microsoft 365 only.
- WiseStamp totals are our arithmetic from its pricing page: the base fee plus $1 per employee, per month, times twelve. Basic has no campaigns or analytics, which start at Grow.
- NewOldStamp prices by signature count, and the totals are what the slider on its pricing page showed. Campaigns and analytics are included.
- Signitic lists €1 per user for its Standard plan with a 20-licence minimum, but its page does not state the billing period, so we left it out of the table.
On these figures, Starter is the lowest paid entry at all three sizes. Once you need banners and targeting, compare Standard instead. It is higher than CodeTwo’s single plan at every size, and higher than NewOldStamp at 50 and 200 users. Against WiseStamp Grow it is lower at 10 and 50 users ($318 lower at 50) and higher at 200. The features differ, so take a trial before you decide, and ask whether Exclaimer pricing at your size still looks right once you add what you need. Our Exclaimer alternative page and the CodeTwo comparison go through what each tool does.
What to ask about Exclaimer pricing before you buy
- Is the price I will pay the annual rate shown, and is tax added?
- Does a shared mailbox, a room mailbox or a leaver’s mailbox count as a user?
- What is the monthly-billing rate, if there is one?
- Which plan do I need for my banner and targeting rules?
- Can I move between plans mid-term, and what does the representative need from me?
- What does the quote look like at my size above 250 users?
The 14-day trial is the safest place to answer the plan question. The FAQ says the free onboarding call is optional, so you can use it to test your banner and targeting rules before you commit.
Where the free option fits
Exclaimer pricing starts at ten users and $108 a year. If that is out of reach, emailfooter is a free WordPress plugin with a different model: one admin-made design, which staff install on their own by following steps for their mail app. It does not connect to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, has no directory sync and counts copies and installs, not clicks. The running costs are hosting, a domain and email sending, or you can ask us to host it as emailfooter Managed.

Reading Exclaimer pricing sensibly
Exclaimer pricing is clear on its page, and the simulator makes the yearly total easy to check. The things that move the number are the plan, the count of addresses with a signature, and the move to a quote at 250 users.
