How it works

Tell us who you are
Your name, work email and company. We use them to set up a sample company with your name on it, and so we can help you afterwards.
Look around
You land inside the real app. Switch between company admin and team member whenever you like.
Leave when you are done
End the demo from the Demo button, or just close the tab. The sample company is deleted after 24 hours.

What is real and what is not
Sample data only
The people, activity and invitations are made up. Nothing you do reaches anyone else, and no email is sent from the demo.
What we keep
Your contact details stay in our records so we can follow up, and you can ask us to delete them. The sample company itself is removed. See the privacy policy.

FAQ
Demo questions
Is the demo the real product?
Yes. It is the same app that runs in the plugin, on a sample company. A few things are limited so it stays safe: no email is sent, invitations show a link instead, and uploads are small.
Why do you ask for my details first?
So the demo can use your company name and your details, and so we can follow up if you have questions. We may email you about the demo and about emailfooter, and you can opt out at any time.
Will the demo email anyone?
No. When an admin invites someone, the app shows the invitation link on screen and sends nothing.
What happens to what I enter?
The sample company is deleted when you end the demo or after 24 hours. Your contact details stay in our records until you ask us to remove them.
Can I put the sample signature in my own mail app?
Yes, the install steps work. The signature carries your details and made-up phone numbers, so use it to try the steps, not for real email.
Do I need a WordPress site to try it?
No. A WordPress site is only needed to run the plugin yourself. If you would rather not, emailfooter Managed is the same software hosted for you.
